Does Flexor use quality products?

Flexor only uses Dealer Products or OES (Original Equipment Specification) or better when providing our customers with a transmission replacement.

How is FLEXOR so much cheaper than Dealerships and Auto Repair Shops?

Flexor utilizes the “Direct to Consumer” model. Our parent company specializes in supply chain optimization and we have over 30 strategic partnerships and or contracts with OE Manufacturers. Flexor cuts out the markup of the Distributor, Wholesaler, and Retailer to land you the best prices.

What Is a FLEXOR Certified Shop?

We really focus on the shops that we allow to be in our network and hold them to the highest standards. We certify our shops on several factors such as BBB, Yelp, Google ratings, and warranty frequency rate just to name a few.

Will a FLEXOR Certified Shop ever try and upsell anything to me?
No. All our transmissions come complete so there should be no need for an upsell. However, if the shops technician see’s that you rear main seal is leaking, or your brake pads are worn it might be wise to contemplate to get it replaced since majority of the labor costs have already been integrated into the transmission repair costs. If these occasions arise we will send you photos to support the findings and our expert team of advisors will go into detail on whether you should get it done or wait it out.
Why doesn’t FLEXOR have more shops in their network?
Unlike our competitors we don’t have thousands of shops in our network. Most other automotive platforms allow shops to register to become a partner shop without going through vigorous screening. This allows shops that don’t have a good track record with honesty and integrity to be working on consumer vehicles. Flexor selects the BEST shop within a 15–20-mile radius.
Can Shops Pay to Become FLEXOR Certified?
No shops can not pay or sign up to become a Flexor shop. They are all hand selected by our Executive team in which we evaluate many important factors.
What If There Isn’t a FLEXOR Certified Shop in My Area?
This would mean that FLEXOR is not currently marketing out in your area. That doesn’t mean we can’t get your vehicle fixed though! Our team has strategically coordinated our prospect shops in almost every region nationwide.
Does FLEXOR offer Price Guarantees?
Yes! If you provide all the detailed information that we ask for (most importantly your VIN#) we will always guarantee your price!
